The ride is great. During normal driving on city streets, it's pretty close to the stock ST suspension. (The '06/'07 Foci have slightly softer springs than the '05, keep in mind. I have an '05) But there is A LOT less body roll and nose dive. You can really feel damper stiffness when entering/exiting driveways, or when hitting road bumps at speed. The Pro Kit springs cut the wheel well gap in half, maybe a little more. I'm really happy with them, but once I get 17s, it'll look even better.
