Yea alittle TLC.... Full synthetic mobile oil platinum and the best focus/Fram has to offer for oil filter, a teflon oil additive and that's about it for the oil, bosch super plus 4 with fused iridium and platinum center electrode... So alittle bit more for better parts for the motor and it pays off in the end.... No high horse power add on's this is purely for duability

I'd stay away from those plugs and save some money, they don't work as good as good ole copper. At least my 2's didn't. Also heard about electrodes falling in, that's never good. Anyway impressive and good luck hitting all 3's.

I have noticed some improvement, they have been in there for about 25,000 miles and still look good, before that I had the regular plus 4's for about 50,000 miles.... I have read some bad things about them but I do take most of these people writing are people with high end engine mods and burn alot more than the plugs and blame it on the plugs.... They are pricey but i figured I already got my moneys worth from the focus and whats the worst that can happen I loose my motor at 223,000 miles... Thank you for the input I will keep an eye out and inspect my plugs today.... Always nice to here new things....

lol at least I give someone hope.... I guess if my 2000 can last this long in Maine then any focus can last just as long elsewhere.... It is something when you hit 100,000 then 111,111 but its alot better when you hit 200,000 the it feels great to see 222,222.... You just need to keep the car going.... just think 26,000 for you to go.... let me know how it goes....

Just looking out for ya buddy. For some reason I couldn't spell and put something like "electorse" wtf.

You probably knew I meant electrodes. Good luck.

yea I knew what you meant by it... I guess its one of things where you read it and no matter how it is spelled you understand it... I looked at all four of the plugs the other day and besides a bit of rust around the threads they look like new, just a bit of white dust around the four post and that just came of with a air gun.... but I will keep what you said in mind just in case I hear something bouncing around in the motor...lol
