I have the same one... well, I got mine from autozone when they were discontinuing most of their line of rice. That was the only tip that actually looked good. Not a bad tip for 2 bucks!
...although it's starting to get some rust spots and I've only had it for about 5 months:(

Haha, yeah, I know, this was the only one out of the choices that I was given that looked ok. Mine has no rust on it, and I've had it for almost a year now, all you have to do is use some chrome polisher on it every other month or just when ever u feel like it and it won't rust at all.

I like your exhaust tip...but I have a question. How does it attach to the pipe? I have seen some different kinds around but they use 2 or 3 screws that push onto the pipe. I am concerned that this will lead to premature corrosion. You mentioned that with care the chrome is good, but how is the pipe underneath?

Not exactly sure if I understand what you are asking. The tip is welded onto the exhaust. I don't have a full exhaust system, just a flowmaster with the tip that you see there.
