Sorry took too long to get back to you guys...
I bought it for $ 1,100 on ebay... the system came from a F-150, it fits almost perfectly... you just have to trim a little behind the cover (on the car itself), so it can stay flat.
Everything works amazingly, even the column mounted stereo controls. My car is an '06 ST, with the audiophile stereo.
