Probably Nite-Shade, with clear coat. Well I don't know for sure, but that is what I did, probably similar.

body shop did that....i don't know what they used. I had a euro one, crashed, it got destroyed and the body shop gave me this as they didn't know mine was a euro but another one is on it's way to replace it as I don't use the grill lights.
