What SSK is that? (or is it just cut). And what are the two switches for in front of the shifter?

Yeah...that's a hacksaw special. I like a short short shifter, not really concerned about shortening the throw length. Top switch turns on TVs and bottom does some neon.

you aren't concerned with shortening the throw, yet you cut your shifter so that it will emensely shorten the throw? I don't get it, anyways, I did the same thing today and it's pretty cool.

Nah man, I cut it so it shortens the height of the shifter, not the actual throw.

it's not threaded on, it has 3 allen bolts that kinda grab the shofter tightly...although they recently all stripped out so I had to drill a hole straight thru everything and retapped a larger bolt. Looks the same.
