it's awesome. no complaints here. it just takes someone that knows how to install and adjust the springs right and you can handle just like on rails. i'm happy with the springs and have installed a few sets since my installed with each of those people happy with their suspension too. oh yea what do you mean ruining the amazing performing suspension the car came with? you try to take a 35 mph turn at 70-80 and tell me how your stock suspension handles it. that's all. i know i can do it now. where in oregon you from?

I bought a Coilover Springs a few months ago but I haven't installed it yet because it costs too much money to install it, around $350 - UP.

Is it safe for me to do the install myself?
I'm think of buying a Focus Book how-to do and install it myself but I ain't sure if it's safe and if I can do it myself. Do I need something else beside the springs?
