Depending on the drop you want, you could get the SVT kit (about 3/4" drop) and it's a bargain at that price. If you want to go lower the Pro Kit from Eibach is great. Happy modin' ;)

i was on ebay and i seen a new svt kit for a couple hundred, but it said it wont work on zx4 ? is that true

The SVT kit fits all Focus except the wagon from 2000 till 2005. A new kit from Ford Racing is out on ebay.com. Do a search here I've seen a thread about it somewhere.
