OOOhh damnit dude, that blows. I was going in to work @ 5am oll week and I have to take this wooded road there bout 12 miles. I was nervous as shit all week bout hitting a deer. That sucks bad, sorry yo.

yeah it was no longer a cherry after that *tear* it ran into me @ about 55mph, i locked up my brakes and carried it all the way to a dead stop, through it another 50-100 feet to the median killing it instantly.

How the HELL didn't that pass. airbag blow the windshield??????? all the picts of focus' I have seen that were hit and airbags deployed have a smashed 'shield....my ZTS as well.....

yes haveblue83, both bags did blow, little hard to see from the reflections but it was cracked pretty damn bad. the side air bags did NOT blow which was a little better. the whole dash needs replaced(which costs more then the airbags themselves) when the passenger one goes off. my 94 probe did the same thing and smashed the windshield. in both incidents, my passenger and i would have been better of without those damn airbags. they do more damage to both the occupants and causes more property damage.

that just hurts to look at... (winces in pain) I am glad that you are ok and that they didn't total out the car.. it is such a nice one. I have always liked the Euro pkg Orange ones.

i think deers like orange eap svt's.
i hit a deer a year ago also, and some how the deer managed to fly up my fall on my sunroof.

I had a buddy hit a deer and the deers head came through the windshield. Absolutley freaked him out (cause it was staring him down). It's good to know that your ok.
