Yes... the JRSC really likes the increased airflow at speed (better than the AEM CAI, in both long and short versions), and the supercharger whine is quite noticeable from the front even with the hood closed.

The inlet's positioned right behind the grill, and I used a piece of high-density foam between the tube and frame to keep things in place and eliminate rattles...

Home Depot is grat for projects of all shapes and sizes! I made a ram air like this for my old T-bird and it worked great on the freeway. You can get shiny chrome looking intake tubes from Autozone... I've gone that route as well and they also work well.
