i've never seen that before what a great idea! For some reason it makes the wheels look smaller but they look sweet

Thanks all...idk why the wheels seem to look smaller now its kinda wierd...i still need to get a pic of the car moving i think that would look pretty cool...black is great except to keep clean and now my wheels even get water spots, lol

I've been thinkin about painting my svt rims bk for a while and now that I actually see how good they look I'm that much closer to actually doing it. Don't know how good thaid look on my silver focus though.

I love what u did with the rims and ur car looks amazing, but go buy some 500 degree engine enamel paint and paint ur calipers black. It makes a huge difference. Don't waste your money on the caliper paint kit tho the engine enamel paint is the same thing.

Its Duplicolor wheel paint picked it up at pep boys...i didnt realy look to see what colors they had..i was only interested in black, lol. But im sure it does, gold is a popular color for wheels also

how long did it take to dry and how many coats did you use? how many cans did you use?

its about 5 coats of black and 5 coats of clear...i used about 3-4 cans of both. Drying wasnt so bad (i have an extra set of wheels) but i flashed the black coats at 10min and then did a couple clear let them dry overnight then cleared some more and wetsanded a lil more the next day and put them back on the second night, so it took about two days to do everything

By far one of the best looking Foci on this site. This is a perfect example of how you don't need to rice out your Focus with spoilers and bodykits to make it look good. It's the subtle changes that make a big difference. Kudos!
