iv'e gotten mine prettydown there. I think the most i put in once was around 12.5.

is this how much you put in? i think theres at least a 1 gallon reserve after you get to the E mark

yes, that is how much I've put in. I don't know how Ford Spec's the size, but I fill my tank up all the way to the top of the filler.

Like was mentioned before there is no "reserve tank" I have noticed on my ranger there was still 5gal left when my light came on, and with my focus at least 2gal when the light comes on. It seems that once the light come on you can go about 50miles give or take a few.
