Part broke off during hard launch

So during an autocross event today, I had an instructional and when the instructor launched my car, I heard something snap and clank on the ground. This is the part and the guys that picked it up said it was hot. Do any of you have any idea what it is? The car still seems to be driving fine btw.

It's the impact plate out of the passenger side motor mount. meaning you also lost the bellows plate that normally is pressed in over the top of that one. Lucky it didn't tear up belts, they can when they land in them.

As Nate mentioned, I'd upgrade to a poly psm. You are running a poly dogbone?

I'll have to look into getting a poly mount. It would probably also help put power to the ground when the car gets a turbo.
But yeah, I'm running a poly dog bone mount, and that already helped immensely!

Gives you an excuse to go poly! Did you happen to get it on footage?

Unfortunately, I did not. It was like the only event where I didn't bring a GoPro lol.
I'm actually just putting in another stock mount for now. I just don't feel like spending 200 bucks on a poly unit right now haha

Good idea, save that money for the turbo setup. Did you notice a big difference when you did the dogbone?
