This may sound like a noobie question but I need to be sure. I wanna buy a set of camshafts. Keep in mind my Focus is a 2002 Automatic. I was wandering in the New Edge Performance Website and I saw the CROWER camshafts and the really caught my eye. It says:Stage 1- Automatic or mild turbo/supercharger. Will they work on my car????????? And the most important thing of all. Is it a good idea to buy these along with a set of camgears.

Please let me know. And if anyone has bought these and installed them on an ATX ZX3 tell me your thoughts and opinions and in what way did you tune them in your ATX.

To modify or not to modify ? ? ? That is the question right now ! ! !

yes they will work in your car and yest u should get cam gears.

tuning would be by dyno with use of the cam gears to change cam timing

be carefull though. the variable cam timing gets in the way of cam gears. unless you disable it. which isn't worth it. you would loose power

His is an automatic. The only Focus with variable cam timing is the SVT, so he won't have any problems.
