need some help picking out a stage 2 clutch

need to replace the master cylinder in my tranny so i figure while im in there might as well do the clutch too.
alright so the ones im finding are:
Ralco RZ Stage 2
Competition Clutch 7164-2100 Stage 2
Clutch Masters FX250
spec SF232
now i have no idea what the different designed of the stage 2 yield if any real difference.

i doubt ill need anything more than a stage 2 even with my turbo (running a zoom stage 2 in my t-bird that sits at about 400hp)

Go back to their site and re-read the descriptions.

Also, I've never heard of them.

I have a Centerforce Dual Friction on my mustang and i love it.

I know a lot of Honda guys like Exedy clutches very much for the pricepoint.

I got lucky when I bought mine from a forum member (NITB). I got the FX400 but its a 6 puck, so per focusmaniaczx3, its supposed to be softer than most others. YMMV!

But most other people say don't get a stage 4 unless you are gonna race. Stage 3 should be OK for a DD. But I'm no expert either! I was a bit worried until fmzx3 chimed in and asked me about mine.......

I would offer more but I was driving stage 1 clutch that was in it until I threw rod 4 through the block. I've been in autos for about 15 plus years. From what I heard, my fx-400 with a 6 puck design should be smooth and less tension than my old clutch. Hard part will be getting used to when the clutch is engaged and when it isn't. Ask focusmaniaczx3 for his opinions about it, he's been driving on one for a while.
