I have a Magnaflow stainless steel cat back on my '03 ZTS and it sounds amazing, no annoying drone at highway speeds and a nice low grumble. My friend has a borla on her car and it sounds like crap, I got mine for half the price on eBay and it sounds 100 times better

Yep. Best part is, it's cheap too! Very nice quality though. Made in the USA with nice, thick stainless pipe, and it's mandrel bent. I got a significant gain in performance with this system as well. Here's a link to where I got it from. http://topgearstreet.com/00-04-Ford-...st-System.html Just change that ridiculous tip.

That's hella cheap! Did you just buy a weld-on tip and swap them out? i wanna look at a thrush system before I decide, but I'm probably going with this. Thanks a TON for the vid, just what I was looking for

Bought a cheap Pilot Motorsports 3.5" resonated tip from Walmart, cut off the 4.5" tip, and welded the 3.5" tip on.

Yeah, my only thing is that I can't weld, so I'd take it in to a shop

Plus I just noticed that that was for a zx3, and I have an SE sedan. But I'll see if there's any way to get a 4dr version.

I think you would just have to have the shop extend the back end of the pipe. Actually, all you would need to do is have them weld on a long exhaust tip. They aren't hard to find. I'm fairly certain the rest of the pipe is the same. Might want to do some research just to be sure though.

yeah, I'll research it today. Hopefully it's as easy as getting an extension or a longer tip like you said

I used a truck muffler on the 7 and it sounds pretty deep.

you can't link to files on your hard drive. you have to have someone host it and then link us to the web page that contains the file. i.e. this is hosted by tumblr.
