Does the duratec have any high RPM oiling issues?

Are my planning/contemplation threads thus far. Tomorrow if I can get my happy ass motivated I may go pick an engine up. Found one with ~20,000 miles for $650 (not sure on a core or not). Looks like about the best deal I'm going to find locally and it's from a yard I trust (couple friends work there).

Ya. I haven't done anything but play with the tune for a couple years and I want to change it up. I found the threads Top Speed posted and that got me really interested. Started pricing things out and basically I'm a fool if I don't do a swap ... or more of a fool.

It sounds pretty damn simple, for me, and there is more of a market for Duratec parts than the zetec/SVT.

So save up your tip money, the intake will be off and waiting for you hopefully within the next month/and a half. If you still want it that is.

Paul gets it ... and it's an unmolested Gen I, so it fits the SVT better than the zetec. You'd have to weld/slot it to fit your car.

There is a FC Intake in the BST right now up for grabs.

You should bolt it up and see if you like it before you sell it. My guess is that it's flow just as well as the FRIM up top.
