have you even searched ahha. Search man its your friend.

To make a zetec GO!! BOOST is your best bet. Im guessing thats not an option because your on a budget.
Basic modifications for a N/A Set up include:

1. SVT Header, Flex, Dip
2. ORP, Full Exhaust
3. A Tune
4. Cams and Cam Gears
5. 65MM or Bigger Throttle Body
6. Porting the Intake
7. IceMan Intake Goodies to help your current CAI
8. Engine Mounts (allows power torque to be transferred to the wheels instead of being wasted through vibrations, shifting of weight, etc.)
9. Under Drive Pullies (UDP)
these are just some basic modifications most people do to their N/A Zetecs, then realize they should have just went Boost either turbo or supercharging it. Most N/A numbers with out serious block, head, etc milling etc you will just be around same numbers as a SVTF because a SVTF is a upgraded Zetec basically!

Any really, they are kinda do the same thing. Just don't expect stock replacement mounts to last long, that's why a lot of us go to the poly motor mounts. Definitly replace the lower one, the others are up to you. They will increase the vibrations felt through out the car if you do the passenger side one. The stock one has fluid in it to dampen the vibrations from the motor.

There is only one on the lower end of the motor. There is a total of three mounts. The passenger side, the upper drivers side, and the lower (drivers side) torque mount. The lower one is the one that restricts the roll movement and this would be the one to change out of the three.

My suggestion is:

Poly dog bone inserts
port your stock throttle body
hopefully your aftermarket clutch has a aluminum flywheel
Cold air intake or short ram
header if you can afford it
And a tuner and tune from tom
cam gears if you have a dino to set them?... otherwise pointless
exhaust are always nice... plus they sound good

dang haha you arent playing around are you. [clap] Make sure to keep us updated on how it goes. You wont need a tune with the new installed header, flex, dip etc. But with a tune you are able to squeeze every possible hp/tq that other whys wouldnt be there. Also alows you to run certain octane, better fuel economy in some cases, and makes the car run like new. [burnout]

just installed the poly mount for the lower dogbone and just sticking with that for now still waiting for time to be able to install the fs werks racing exhaust and the svt head, flex, and dip. very little difference in vibration with new poly mount but definetly a slight increase in acceleration has been noticed!!! will let you guys know how everything else goes
