i have the 4-1 longtube header, i believe it is the same/similar...i dont know specific numbers as my car hasnt touched a dyno yet...but i did feel a lot better pickup, especially in the high end, felt very nice...but heads up, it got a LOT louder...and not a good loud either...i had people asking me if i took off my exhaust or something, haha....be ready to buy a resonator to keep the noise down

oh alright, that works then...i had a borla exhaust on and couldnt stand it after i put on the 4-1...so i got a 6 inch magnaflow resonator and love the way it sounds now, haha

BTW: after some recent reading, i have found that if needed, it is a better idea to extend the wires of the harness itself rather than the O2 sensor wires...or buy an O2 extension cable...just fyi before you do the mod
...id like to edit the main post to include this but it wont let me...ill have to get a hold of a mod to change it for me

i know what you mean and im not 100% sure of the answer...as far as i remember, the way any of the cheaters work is based on the sensor still being in place...the capacitor and resistor just modify the signal from the sensor to make it in the acceptable range for the computer...

if you are getting a wideband a/f....are you also getting a tune? if so, then tunes can disable that second sensor completely and leave that bung open for the wideband a/f....

just my $.02

FS says that u have to run 91+ for their tunes but if you get two tunes from them or get a tune from tom, you can specify the octane you wish to run...im planning on getting an 87 octane and 91 octane tune so i have a choice of what i want to run

no problem, glad to be helpful...fyi though, buying two tunes from two places like that is going to be pricy...if you buy a tune from FS, they make their second one $25...same with tom...but if you get one from each, thats $125 from each of them...$150 vs $225...food for thought :-P
