Thinking of plastidipping my rims for now. Plan on black with the glossy finish but I want to see other color options.

I'm not a fan of dipped wheels - I think it looks cheap. If you are testing a color change with the dip, then I don't have a problem with it, but if it's a permanent thing then I would always suggest going with real paint. I've painted my wheels black and gold and I love how they look(ed). But, that is just my opinion.

And my opinion is that spray paint looks cheap, if you're going with a permanent option, powder coat.

I'm about to order a quart of topcoat preloaded with burnt copper for my wheels...will post pics when it is finished. For now here's a set of vossens I did for a friend. He bought them a dark grey and you couldn't make out the design. You wouldn't know it was dip if I didn't tell you.

I've seen both crappy made and extremely well done dipping! Its on quality that makes the wheels look outstanding or get more ugly.
