lowering my svt focus

Has anyone lowered there svt focus to a reasonable hight. like a hight that is manigable to drive every day. if so what springs did you go with and do you like them .

i won't be a complete ass and just tell you to use the serach button, but that'd be a good place to start.

i have the FK 35/40 mm kit. i like the ride, but sometimes wish the springs were a little firmer. they're a progressive rate spring, but i don't know the exact rates. if you want pics, check out my thread in the "showroom" entitled "here it is!"
