delete me i am unable to

so im changing my brothers brakes as we speak. now i have them disassembled but the damn caliper is stuck closed. its pushed all the way out and i cant get it to go back in so i can reinstall the new pads. if i am able to there is no way i can get it on the rotor. i tried using a c clamp and tried bleeding some preasure out but still to change.
can anyone help me out or is the caliper just shot??

Use a C clamp on the front.

On the back, you have to do it a little differently.


If they don't go back in with nominal pressure, the piston may be warped, stuck, or frozen.

Rebuild or replacement may be necessary.
