any one install h and r cup kit

I just got my cup kit in and was wondering if anyone installed their own. It doesn't look to hard.

Peice of cake...take stock crap out, put beautiful H&R stuff in. The rear is the easiest...the fronts you have to disassemble...use a spring compressor. Rears; just drop the rear ctrl arm and pull the spring out...shock is easy too.

The whole thing is really easy....

one of the bolts on my rear right control arm wouldnt come off... I broke 3 15mm sockets on that bitch. good thing they were craftsman, so i got them replaced. I couldnt even get it off with a impact socket. I had to use spring compressers and it was a mess. hopefully you dont have to go through all that.

Use WD40....lots of WD40...

Oh, and on the endlinks....use your spare tire jack to raise the arm so the 'stud' coming through is straight in the hole...then when you take the nut off, it'll fall right out..

My alignment wasnt bad...my car was already a lil lower since I have an SVT and it only dropped it maybe 1.25" all aroun (maybe a bit more)...but its not bad. I like the negative camber...and my tires dont wear out on the edges..

I do have a camber kit though that I'm yet to put on (front only)...I'm gonna get my camber on for track events!!

WD40 is useless, it is a lube, use PB Blasters. It eats threw dirt and breaks rust. Also use a 6 point 15 MM socket, the 12 points break and strip..I know this also, sears didn't like me when i came in and asked for 4 15MM sockets...It is simple to do, better if you watch one and have a spare set of hands...

Hey, I resemble that remark, though I'm not always useless.
Actually, I will 2nd the PB Blaster. That's some mighty fine nut and bolt "loosener upper" stuff.
