about wheels...

I'm helping find some wheels for my cousin for Christmas... and it says in the newbie forum that the bolt pattern is 4x108 ?? I didn't know this existed?! Somebody please verify this for me?

That is correct......4X108, you can trust EVERYTHING in the "newbie" forum. Tirerack.com will show what the wheels will look like on the Focus, Speedandstyle.com has some really good prices on packages, but their customer service sucks ass. I'm sure there's tons of other places to look for wheels at a good price.

4x100mm and 4x4.25, same thing. Only cars that use that pattern are escorts/cougar00+/focus and such ford/mercury variations.

lol, looks like someone took a huge hair dryer and melted his car backwards.

and its a hyundai... does it have 60k yet?

And yes i agree, it sucks we have a wierd bolt pattern. 4x108 is only thing that will fit. Hard to find rims for us, but theres a few companies that make them

Point of clarification (I was a little confused on how the numbers were being translated):
108mm = 4.25 in. (pretty much Ford specific as mentioned)
100mm = 3.94 in. (what most call a 4.00 inch bolt pattern and agreeably probably the most common 4 bolt pattern)
114.3mm= 4.5 inches (found in some 4 bolt patterns but is a common five bolt pattern)

I was just correcting CowsGoMoo on his post. I think he meant 4 X 108 since that is 4 X 4.25
