225-45-17 on a svt

Hello,
I have a stock svt with bfg g-force kdw on it. I went with 225-45-17. They are alsome tires and they fill the wheel well. The only problem is that when cornering I rub on my left front fender only. Not a big deal when you compare it to how must these tires grip. But it only hits the out side iner fender on the left side. What can I do? I was looking at those fiber glass fender on e-bay. Just wondering if that would help and if they are any good in quality?
Andrew

rolling your fenders would be the best way, but it doesnt sound that bad so...
Once these tires are through, try finding a 225/40/17, that should be a lot better if you can find a tire in that size.

when you're talking about cornering, are you talking about like agressive cornering in like auto-x, or just regular everyday taking turns?

Everyday turn at 5-10 mile over posted speed for the turn. Not that agressive at all. Also at 80 mph it hits when the road dips or ruff roads.

Hey beers I am in the market for a new set of tires been looking at the Goodyear Eagle F-1's ( $132), another set of Parada Spec 2's $96 and the T/A's that you mentioned ($132). I have heard from several ( including some SRT folks that the T/A's are noisey as hell, what's you opinion?????

The bfg gave me a little ruffer ride at 80 up but they were not noisey to me. I just got back from a 500 mile trip with the new tires. They did great. I also went to philly for some racing. Those tires grabed so well. These are the only tire I will buy. They have the best wet dry test rating.
