Brake issues need help.

Ok so a couple days ago I had to really slam my brakes 2 times because this guy on the freeway was being a dick and kept pulling out in front of me and brake checking me. Now what will happen when I take it for a drive is...as I'm applying pressure to the brake it will catch then let go for a quick second and then catch completly. Do I need new pads?

That almost sounds like your ABS is kicking in.

Yeah it feels like that, but all the time not just when I slam them.

Wow.
A whole more day, and no more response.

Just a suggestion.....you're under warranty still....

Hahah yeah well I'm takin her in on friday for just routine stuff so I'll ask them, suprisingly it has been reacting ok, and this weird catching is only if I'm breaking a little hard, not to the point of ABS though.

Those brakepads really rust over, over night, especially during the winter, im from ohio and everytime i take off for work at night, mine dont catch at worst, i get a rubbing a sound and then they catch. Its totally normal though, just grinding off that built up from the frost/snow/ice crap that we get. Hate the weather up here. Doesnt happen in the summer time though...hope that helps
