205/50r16 tires hate these tires need different

Please help me I have put 2 sets tires on this car n they were out too quickly and are horrible in snow. Can I get snow tires for this car or do I need to buy 15 inch rims so I can buy normal tires that are not so expensive

15's work on your model, any stock Focus wheel (thru 2011) fits.

Blizzaks are great Snows, one of the faster wearing types.

Alignment & decent tires helps make them last, you didn't mention what you were using/how they wore/how long they lasted so there's not much to go on here.

Welcome to FF!.

If you are not an aggressive driver you can look for a tire with a higher tread wear rating. Higher tread wear is a bit harder rubber and you give up a bit of traction. You did not specify what you have been running so it is hard to recommend a better tire than what you presently have. I second the Blizzaks for winter though. People tend to skimp on winter tires without thinking about the consequences. Personally depending on the weather, I run winters 6.5 to 7 months of the year here in Germany. I will run the best tire I can afford/find for both seasons.

I have tires from Walmart goodyears I think supposed to be guaranteed to 50,000. I made them replace the first set of 2 because they wore out at 20,000. Now the second set is wearing out. I think I will get a different set of rims so that I don't have to buy the flat tread performance tires - I hate them. I will buy some snow tires. I live in the country and they do nothing to the roads. Are the Blizztaks expensive. I had new cams? not sure name spelling put on the rear so the alignment guy could properly align the car. Cost me about 450 dollars. Of course here in the country its hard to keep a car in alignment. I just want to be able to put tires on it that will grip the road in snow. The performance tires are only good in light snow. I also hate the aluminum rims they get bent to easily when tires are changed. So can I get steel 15" rims for this car and buy better tires. The performance tires are also expensive. Usually cost me $130 total each put on.

I disagree with you about light metal wheels. I have bent steel wheels much easier than alloys. The only advantage with steel wheels is that they are easier to straiten after they bend.
