2000 ford focus zts problems...Need Help!!!

I have a 2000 ford focus zts with 157,000 miles on it. in the past year i have replaced every bushing and suspension part on it that you can think of. i recently just had lower control arms and trailing arms replaced in the back 2 weeks ago and now im hearing a noise in the rear end like something is loose. i took it back to the shop that i had the work done at and they said that nothing was wrong with it so i took it to 2 more shops and they both also said that nothing was wrong with the rear end and 1 shop told me also that i had a bad strut on the front and a bad cv axle on the front also. i have heard a clicking sound in the front end coming from the strut, and also the steering wheel shacks really bad when im breaking but i always thought that it was a bad brake rotor. I guess what im asking is if you was me what would you do about the rear end? and also if a cv joint in the axle is bad will it shack and what will happen if it falls apart? I drive a !2 hour round trip on the interstate every monday and friday so i either need to make this safe to drive or get a new ride.... any help will really help at this point. thanks.

Maybe you have something loose in the trunk area, like the jack for instance?

I would also make sure the sway bar links are good. you can test them by grasping the vehicle from the side and rocking it back and forth. Your neighbors may think you're desperate, but if there is any play in the links, they will make the noise you're hearing.

An inner cv joint will shake on acceleration, an outer will pop while turning. Your vibration during braking is likely from rotors that will need to be turned or otherwise replaced if they are too thin.

definitely check for loose things in the trunk as well.
