Lower Contorl Arm Bolt Stuck

I've already gotten some advice on this, but now I may be seriously screwed. The bolt will not loosen further, and it will not tighten back up. There's about a quarter of a turn of play, and then nothing. Applying more force is not the answer, it will just strip the bolt. I'm using a box wrench, too, so when that starts breaking free there's something wrong. I've already drenched the bolt in PB Blaster, waited, tried, and repeated. No luck.

Basically, I need to fix this problem ASAP. I don't want to haul it to a shop, that's the ultimate last resort. Anything that you have heard works or think may work, please don't hesitate to post. Thanks a lot and wish me luck.

FS Intake, FS Exhaust, FC Short Shifter, FC 2 piece UDP's, VF Engineering Lower Mount, FC 65mm TB, SVT Suspension Swap

To Come: SVT headers, RT High-Flo Cat, flex pipe, ported '00 mani, adj. cam gears

The best sound system is under the hood.

Sounds like you need heat, I get that problem alot at work, and you just get a torch and heat that thing up until its dam near glowing orange and then give it a turn. It should help you alot.
