07 to 08 LCA diffrences?

whats the diffrence between the 05-07 and 08-11 LCAs?

I cant find 08-11 Moog LCAs but the 05-07 look damn similar?

Looking at the tubular LCAs on CFM it looks like the only difference between the two are the big bushings being different sizes maybe? Yet when I look on rockauto the mevotech LCAs are compatible? If the 05-07 LCAs will work can I get a pro-thane kit for the bushings?

The rear bushings are a different size for the '08+ cars. If your going to change out the bushings for poly ones, I'd just get the CFM arms & be done w/ it.

Popping grinding noise if I have a passenger while turning either fast or while hitting bumps. Pretty awful sounding. Had the sway bar end links on both sides done less than 10k ago. That didn't help. I put it on a rack and didn't have any front end play. No bad springs. Shocks didn't look like they were leaking. I do have a bad motor mount but the sound has been happening way before that showed any Signs of leakage. I've had this grinding noise for over a year now.

This is the front end? If so, your describing a classic upper bearing issue. The upper bearing allow the front springs to rotate during turns, going over bumps etc. If the spring cannot rotate freely, they 'bind', creating popping and grinding noises.
Just FYI. This generally occurs when folks lower there cars. So do a search for "popping" and you can compare past complaints with your problem.

Found my problem to be the swaybar somehow shifted to the driver side and was rubbing the frame of the car.

I did new swaybar bushings and end links. You don't have to lower the sub frame if you're just doing bushings. You will if you're replacing the front bar though. 13mm bolts for the brackets. I used a mix of box end wrench, 3/8" socket wrench, and 1/4" socket wrench. It was tight and slow going but I didn't have to worry about lowering the sub frame.
