15" snow rims for a 2013 Focus?
I am new to this site and I did search but couldnt find the answer. I have 8 snows for my 2003 Focus, 195/60R15's and rims, but the new Focus has 16" 5 bolt rims. Are there any older Ford 15" rims that I could use on my new car? Picking the new one up in a few days and its already snowing around here, since I have the snow tires aleady I would prefer not to buy new tires. Thanks

Seventh gen Mercury Cougar wheels work.

Also, realize that with the tires you currently have, the speedo will be off a bit.

Those are 15" rims? What size tires?
Would 96 or 97 T-bird rims work? I may be able to get a set cheap

Cougar and Thunderbird are basically the same vehicle for those years. In fact, I bet some of the wheel options are identical.

Those are 195/65-15 tires, with 15" Cougar wheels.

Thanks, I can get a set of those rims pretty cheap off a buddy, Speedo will be slow of fast with a smaller tire?

Should read a few mph slower.

Is your speedo off? Do you just deal with the tire pressure light while you have the rims on it for winter?

Joeywhat 11-27-2012 09:14 PM

It's supposed to read slightly slower, but I don't notice...I think it's technically less then a 1mph difference.

I just deal with the light. Sometimes it flashes for a while then goes solid, other times it just stays solid. Hell, some times the car doesn't even realize it until 20 miles later...but it doesn't really bother me.

Thanks, I hope those rims will work cause I will be set for $100 instead of $600 plus!

I found mine for $40 for the set on Craigslist...they're out there.
