Moved-Strut Noise on M-18000-ZX3
Take the end links off and run it like that over uneven pavement. Yes you can do it and no there's no harm leaving the bar without endlinks for a small period of time. If the noise goes away its the end links. I personally doubt that's the problem. Seems lime the strut bolt that holds the strut is loose. If your hearing a clunk and you have newer end links, and you just swapped all this suspension stuff, check the strut bolts on the strut tower. I had clunking over a kinds of bumps, changed to adjustable end links and still clunked. Popped the hood, and pushed the car up and down on the radiator support while my friend listened near the strut towers. Low and behold the passenger side upper mount was clunking slightly. Impacted it right up and no more clunk. This is the second time this has gotten. Loose since I upgraded my struts and shocks.
As far as the Svt struts not handling OEM springs, they can just perfectly.
