Bent Rim

My fiance on the way to my house hit a nice sized pot hole and did this to her rim. I was curious if anyone has had this happen on their focus and if they were able to get it fixed or if they had to order a new brand new rim. I saw a pretty good priced rim on Ebay that I will prolly order if I can't get this one fixed. Let me know guys!

Appears fixable. I had one fixed for $115 so figure the cost to fix against the purchase price of a new set.

Well I found a remanifactured rim on bay for 119 shipped so I would def just order that new one if that's the cost of getting one fixed. I mean you can take a mallet to it a d as long it holds air and rebalances it'll be good to go. Just gotta find a tire shop that won't mind pounding away at it.

The repair gonna cost you more, get another one, even an old one would do. Check the buy/sale thread.

Yeah man, I did that to my rim once before. It's more cost effective to buy a new rim. $119 off Ebay seems like a really good price.

Most rim repair places charge about $150 per rim
Look around on ebay or craigslist for some takeoffs.
I see used Focus rims for $150/set of 4 frequently, in 15 or 16" varieties.
I will be selling my 16's in a couple months, $150 is what I hope to get for the set.
