2012 focus titanium 18" rims

Hey Guys;

I have a 2012 focus titanium with 2100km on it.
I have the factory 18" 5 star rims on it and I am thinking of selling them, but I have no idea what to ask for them.

I am just going to sell the rims alone as I will use the tires and sensors for the new rims.

The rims are like brand new not a mark on them!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
Mark

$150/wheel is a fair price but you might get a little more.

Call a dealership and ask for the price of them. OEM wheels aren't cheap usually.

Oh,Ford asks almost $250-300 a wheel but you won't find anybody to pay that crazy price since you can get nicer wheels for much less and tires too.

I was suggesting a real world price if he wants to seriously sell them. I couldn't get rid of my month old 16"s alloys with tires (700 miles) for $600 and that included TPMS and simply ready to bolt on but I did better selling them separately.

You won't get anywhere near dealer list for OEM wheels, no matter how good they look. $150 is in the right neighborhood, and prepare to haggle even then.

I was thinking around $200.00 a wheel.
They are nice rims and they are 18"

It'll be a hard sell, but you may get lucky and stumble onto someone with more money than sense.

I'd buy these before I'd pay $200 for your OEMs. Keep your competition in mind when coming up with prices.

yes I know, but I am also in Canada, and shipping and border fees would be huge to get rims shipped to you from the states.
I know I am going to get hagglers with the pricing its what happens when you sell anything.
people always think they can get better and cheaper.
I am just looking for a ballpark, is all good.

I was going to say what are you offering those wheels for?

If the price is right, I maybe interested.

I do like my Titanium standard wheels but I wouldn't mind getting a set of the 5 star pattern 18" wheels also. Make me an offer I can't refuse.

How did you get by with the "summer tires" on the 18's in Canada during the winter months? I figure you being in Canada, must get more snow there than even us here in Colorado. My wife is a Canadian, born in Montreal with family still there and in Toronto.

I was bidding on a set on eBay that ultimately went for right around $700. I'd ask $750, remember you can always go lower, but you can't go up. Leave yourself some room for negotiation.
