clunk when turning

I noticed sometimes If i turn the steering wheel 180' around a turn i hear a clunk/pop and can kinda feel it thru the steering wheel.

also sometimes over bumps i hear a pop/clunk too.

is this just common focus?

Are you at full lock when this happens or is it on any 180 degree turn?

Is this with the stock/original suspension? has it be replaced or lowered? If so when? How many miles on the current suspension (shocks/struts)?

Check the rubber boots that cover your CV joints. These things will clunk around if the dust boots have been damaged. Grease can escape this way and then the joints become dirtpits.

This makes it a little more problematic. It could be either the suspension itself (poor quality) or the install was not done with care. I'd start with the latter. Check to make sure the springs are in their seats and not loose. With the car on the ground you should not be able to move or twist the spring. With the tire raised off the ground there should be minimal movement especially twisting. If it twists or is excessively sloppy you need to check that the nut on the center shock shaft (strut towers are located under the hood on either side of the engine bay) is correctly tightened. If this is loose the spring has a tendancy to move around in the upper mount.
