Did you make sure to twist your spring after installing them to make sure you went all the way to the little stops where the end of the spring stops moving.

Another way if you haven't already got your alignment done is ask whoever does it to make sure they are in like they should be , because most of the time to get the proper alignment done after lowering it they have to remove the wheels and that would be a good time to check.

or it could be tha idiot that put it on put it on upside down so it would not fit on tha damper correctlyand not have it point all tha way in tha groove!!!!!! i had "just brakes" do it cuz they owed me a favor (there offer) cuz twice in a row they did my brakes and i drove away and when i stompped on tha brakes they did not work ,emergency brake....nothin.... twice!! im a nice guy i should of sued ,instead i just agreed with tha favor. two years later...i cash in tha favor when i needed my brakes done again and they through a fit!, and still even CHARGED me cuz in tha rear we have shocks (spring not on tha strut) so they said it was not strut work, part of tha deal so i paid them an extra c note and they did not even do it right!!!!! i had to pull it out and flip it at my house with out a lift .....sorry guys im venting ! welll its in corectly now but still bout a little over a haLF inch on one side in rear same side that was in wrong. is that spring messed up now cuz it was in upside down, does iit just need to settle, whats up guys?

Here's a question, when you torqued down your suspension bolts, did you do it with the springs compressed, or while the chassis was still up on stands?

If you torqued the bolts with the suspension at the extent of its travel, you car will have a lot tougher time settling onto the new suspension. It's best to torque everything down with a floor jack holding up the ball joint of each lower control arm (one at a time of course!) so that the body is lifted a bit off the corresponding stand. That way you've torqued them while the suspension is already compressed as it would be on the ground.

And of course, even with that precaution taken, any new suspension will take time to settle.

I bet the spring isnt in the cup. I noticed when I did my suspenion that it was very easy to put the rear spring on the edge of the cup without noticing. I say get underneith ithe car and look at the springs. If you can see teh last coil on the top or bottom, there is something wrong.
