Just cant figure out why you would spend that kind of money on that whan you could get the Ford Racing setup from me for alot less and be just as good. $360 for that kit and ill send them to already assembled. 1.5" drop.

I with him^

I looked at tons of dif. suspension set-ups, but just had to go with mike for a few reasons.

It's cheap! It's from Ford! and it's the most complete kit out there.

Vogtland is a very well known suspension manufacturer from Germany and is on par with Eibach.

Vogtland has been around for years in the European market with tuners and racers. They are among the leading companies for racing suspensions. Why would I choose Vogtland over FRPP? The many years of suspension tuning and work that they have been involved in over the years and many race cars that they have supplied to is good enough for me. I have known about Vogtland for years and have been waiting for them to majorly get into the US market and now they finally have. When they first came here they only had a limited amount of cars that they had kits for and most of them were for European cars. Go figure...What hurts them most is their prices usually. Now as for the FRPP it is a very good kit itself and as Mike had said he can assemble it for you so you don't have to worry about getting spring compressors etc... The Vogtland will come seperated and require you to get spring compressors in order to put the springs on the struts. And plus the price is another moving factor in favor of going with the FRPP kit. Not sure of the rates of either kit but I can tell you from having Vogtland suspension setups before that they are usually a very stiff setup but make up for it in the cornering ability which is what most European tuners like. Now as for the FRPP it will probably be a softer setup and give you a better ride quality to go along with the improved handling that you are looking for. To make either kit even better is to also improve your swaybars. My suggestion to you is if you're on a budget I would definately go for the FRPP set up and save yourself the $100-140 that you would be spending on the Vogtland unless you have enough money to just spend on the Vogtlands. Either way you go you won't be upset about your decision.

go with the FRPP and buy a rear sway bar. i'm sure those things added up would cost about the same as going with the Vogtland coilovers.
