Why don't you look at their website for shipping info. They are a first rate company, never had any problems w/them.

I bought my current set of Dunlop tires from them. If I remember correctly, they shipped through UPS. I got them in about a week and a half. The best thing about it was that once they checked the size that I ordered (not OEM), one of their representatives called me to verify that was the size I ordered. After I told him that I was running my 17x7.5 rims, everything was cool. No issues with them. I highly recommend them.

they have a palce close to me in delaware that i can drive to and pick things up. when they ship to my dealer, they use their own truck because we are so close to them. but as jamminsvt said, ive never had an issue with them. we use them at work all the time

I spent 2 grand on tires & rims @ tirerack & UPS delivered them in about a week packed nicely, mounted, balanced with road hazzard warranty on them which can be done locally. I also highly recommend them.

They are a stand up company with a very good reputation with the Better Business Bureau. Plus if have any problems with your order they are very quick to resolve any issues or problems. I have had a couple of friends order wheels and tires from them without any problems. I would highly suggest using them as I have seen them around for quite a few years and would do business with them if I didn't get such great deals from a local shop. And if I remember right, when you go to pay for your product they have a secure website you can always tell this by looking at the URL and seeing https:// at the beginning of it. The S means secured page. So your money and information is safe with them on that part.

When I ordered my tires from them I had no problems at all, but they were left on the doorstep. That's not tirerack's fault, and not an issue for me anyway. You can have them shipped to a local tire shop and pick them up. Usually people do that when they're just replacing tires, so they can drive up, get it done, and drive off. I don't see why you couldn't have wheels and tires already mounted shipped the same way. You might have to call in your order to tirerack, but they have a reputation for being extremely helpful.

They use UPS and FedEx (you choose which one when you order). Both of those companies have an option for "signature required." If that option is used, they won't leave them on your doorstep (because you have to sign for them). You should call and tell them your concern. Even if the signature option isn't available through their website checkout, they may be able to do something over the phone.

Also, shipping to an installer is an option too. That's what I've done all three times I've ordered from them. You can find their recommended installers on their site. I use a local National Tire and Battery, and the process works flawlessly.

You don't get to decide from which warehouse to order from. All order go thru the main one in Indiana. From there, they decide the closest warehouse that has your order in stock. If the closest one doesn't have it they will pick the next closest one. In most cases you get your order a lot quicker than most other tire and auto parts providers. Very few online dealerships can compare to their service.
