Bushing rear supsension arm inner and outer

anyone got any tips on what to use to press in the outer shell of replacement bushes in the control arms without crushing them?

i paid like 60 bucks for a new upper control arm in the rear from ford

just wondering but y no bushings in the lower control arms? i thought those were not replace able? or are they in there and it just looks like there not. and i see a rear disk swap too. but can't tell what that is in the top right corner of the pic.
