right wheel rub

This prolly has been on here before, but I have a rubbing issue when ever I go over big bumps or dips and its only on the right rear tire, I don't have a lowering kit, I just have 18in rims, is there any thing that I can do solve this? Thanks

i just noticed that my passanger rear tire seems to be the only one that rubs.... i.e. the edge of the tab that holds the bumber on(inside wheel well) is now grinded down in like a 2 inch section now.... the otherside is perfect, i think all tires rub because they all look like they have rubbed, but this is the only body evidence i have, and my car is an 08.
