scaping sound?

i have a scraping sound coming from my rear passenger side wheel that started yesterday, the brake pad looks fine on the outside, but i cant see or feel the inside. I think my e-brake might be sticking a little. do you think the inside pad could be worn way down? or should i look into bigger things, like the wheel bearing or something? how do i loosen my e-brake?

im bringing it in this morning to get a free brake check on it. hopefully they find it and dont try to screw me out of $1000 for some random thing that doesnt need to be fixed at all. :/
