all depends on how much your willing to spend and what kind of setup you want as far as brakes and tires go. if you have an extra set of rims that you swap out during winter then you can opt to go the summer tire route. if you don't have an extra set of rims for the winter than i advise all season tires so you don't get bummed out during the winter. as far as brakes goes, if you want a little better braking for those spirited driving moments and willing to spend some extra cash, you can choose to go the EBC Greenstuff or Hawk HPS brake pads with either regular rotors or slotted/drilled rotors. i have seen many great reviews on both of those brake pads. if your looking to just replace the brakes and don't need anything special, then prob regular rotors with your average brake pads from an auto store is fine. check out tirerack.com and tiresavings.com to see which tires you want and call around for prices or order directly from the site. tiresavings.com have excellent prices but i have never ordered from them. tirerack.com's prices aren't really cheap but their customer service is top notch. hope this helps.
