Fail stress bar install, need help

http://img24.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=img0118kpx.jpg
ok so, as you can see in the pics.. I've run into a bit of trouble here..

Anyone install one of the Focus Sport ones in the 08-09 that got by this issue?
Any tip on what to do there?

It seems like if I just removed it so I can slip the bar under would cause the pipe piece not to go back on right

Are you sure you got the right one? Not trying to be condiscending (sp?)

Focussport is pretty good about making sure all their parts are well designed for easy install, and this should be one of the easiest installs.

WAY too many performance mods to list. Check profile if you wanna know. And yes, I installed all my mods myself in my garage. No special tools.

Turn the bar around - oh I don't know - I'm sure you've already tried that! Like above, did they ship you the correct one?

The pic below shows you how my Steeda brace avoids that.

You might have gotten the wrong bar. Call Focussport and see what's up.

it looks like it should fit underneath and in between those two lines... over top of one closer to center and underneath the one farther from center. try taking off the two bolts that it goes under and then wedge that sucker in there. just dont bend or tear anything. it looks like it would work. call focus sport too, it wouldnt be the first time they have screwed up

Brad, I'll make sure to flip it over and look at it again I think it was only made to fit the way I showed it

I'll call FocusSport too. Even if they did screw up, I don't see a # on the thing how do you figure out this bar is different

Yeah, I was just playing with you - that bar is only going to fit in one direction. Wish I were closer to you so I could get a real good look at that.

can you undo the p-clamp and slip it under and put it on? You may even have to drill new holes but, it should work like that.
