rear control arm, wheel ?'s

i just lowered my car with some eibach pro shocks/struts with some springs
and when i went to ge my car aligned the couldnt get it to stock specs but this is what he di on the rear left wheel/control arm.

so would pushing the control arm out like he did make the rear wheel camber in?

because the right front cambers in.
and makes my car pull to the left real bad.

so if i loosen the control arm bolt and push it back in the tighten it, wont it upright the rear left wheel abit?

thanks

Wait, I thought you got it aligned. And you still have pull and whatnot even if your alignment is in spec.

well he was supposed to do alignment but told me that there was no way he could get them to stock specs.
he just cambered that one wheel wrong.
and since he ecouldnt actually align my car he couldnt charge me an alignment. so he did alignment check.

You can't change the camber a lot at all without camber bolts or something of the equivalent. For the front shoot for -0.03 and for the rear +0.04.

Thats toe btw.
