Sway bar bracket bolt in engine cradle/subframe

About a year ago I installed the eibach suspension system along with the front sway bar. I ran into a problem when removing one bolt that had the nut welded inside of the engine cradle, the weld had broken and I tried to put a new bolt and nut with the tools I had.

Recently either the bolt and nut have come loose or some threads stripped on the bolt. I want to take it into the shop before thursday. I plan on having a hole cut in the frame so we can hold the nut properly, I need the replacement material before I bring the car in first.

My problem is that I have no clue what length/diameter I need. If anyone can help me on this it'd be greatly appreciated. If I remember correctly the bolts head size was 13mm or 15mm.
