Question F2 Rotors

Anyone know the difference between the Standard and Premium rotor sets that F2 offers?

Here are the links to each page:

Standard

Premium

The only difference between the pages... One says "Same as OEM or even better", and the other says "Better than OEM!" lol.

They aren't listing any difference. So go with the cheaper of the two!

That's what I figure. The difference can't be that great to pay an extra $44 dollars.

Even if the premium rotors last 50% longer than the standard ones or are made to slightly stricter tolerances, they aren't worth it IMO. I can buy 2 sets of the standard rotors for less lol. The standard rotors are the same or better than OEM, so they can't be worse than autozone/advance auto/pep boys rotors... A lot of people seem to use those with no problems.

Premium rotors are usually machined to finer tolerances such as having less run-out and possibly use better materials (example look at NAPA's specs with regards to their premium and ultra premium rotors). I'd contact F2 and ask for the specific differences. 42.00 for a pair of rotors is very cheap. Something from a quality perspective had to be given up somewhere.
