Anyone done Poly bushings?

I think in the next couple of weekends I might have some time to do this mod as well as the rear camber bolts on the wagon. Finally getting around to installing car parts that have been running around the house for months is one good thing to come out of being laid off. LOL.

Just wondering if there's anything special I need to be aware of before attempting this one.

the bushing's for the front control arms are a pain in the ass an so are the rear trailing arms. some of the bushing's on the car now have a harden rubber like 150% harder that regular rubber.

Laid off as well, and a full set of poly bushings ready to go into the SVT :)
As soon as the weather gets better!

I noticed online, a guy made his own 'extraction' tool, basically with some large washers, threaded rod, some 2" pipe, and some flat stock...
Looked doable!

you have to burn the bushings out of the rear LCA's. Plus getting the bolt off to get the damn thing off is another story. Foci are notorious for having frozen rear lca bolts.

That's how the stock bushing got wrecked when the shop did my drop springs...twisted the bushing and broke the bolt...
