Got Some Cougar Wheels - Did Some Painting...

I bought a set of Mercury Cougar wheels from a friend/fellow member. Wheels are in very good shape. Thanks Nick .

They are like these -

They come in 4x108 and 16x6.5 in 46mm offsett. Silver in color.

But, decided to paint them black -

They came out pretty good. Did 2 light coats of primer, 3 coats of gloss black wheel paint and 2 coats of Clear wheel paint.

The wheels come with center caps that cover the entire lug-nut section. I painted a pair of the to see how they would look. I also have a Rota center cap, and liked that as well. I can always say they're the new style Grids

Or stick with stock centers?

I'll be mounting these on GoodYear F1 GS-D3's.

(Middle set of tires)

I'll post pics of how they look on the car!

I like the rota cap better as you can see the lugs. Maybe paint over the rota logo so they're a little more discreet.
