Question binding?

Everytime I crank my wheel far left or far right and turn I feel like a rubbing or grinding, I don't think its halfshafts but I could be wrong. Anyone have thoughts about what it could be?

First off, no vehicle operates smoothly at full steering lock and it wasn't really designed to operate smoothly in this position. You are putting many steering and suspension parts in awkward alignments (many at the same time) when you do this. You are making the power steering pump work really hard to hold this position. Driveline components such as the differential are being stressed as well. If it doesn't do this in normal driving and steering positions I wouldn't worry about it.
