Rim/tire studs

went to discount tire to get my tires rotated and the stripped two of my studs.
Any one know where i can get some good replacements,and what size/ lenght they need to be for a 2002 zx5

Any parts store AutoZone, Advance, Napa, O'Reilly's. Tell them what you drive, and they should be able to provide the correct stud.

Having said that, Discount Tire should be the ones to replace your studs. They did the damage, make them fix it. Remember, you're the customer. Your satisfaction should be their top priority. If not for you, they wouldn't even be in business.

I would suggest you file a complaint with the manager at that store and get them to fix it since they were the ones that had cross threaded the lugnuts on there and continued to put it on. Just go to the manager and show him what had happened and be sure you have your receipt as your proof of being there etc...

Also make sure they replace your lug nuts too. Chances are those are screwed up too.

This is why you ALWAYS hard start lug nuts before turning them on with an impact wrench!

the dudes at discount tire also did mine in. they say that they didnt do it so i went to midas and had them fix it for free.
